Being a victim of crime or witness to a crime can be a traumatic experience. Assistance for crime victims is crucial. Menominee Tribal Police Deparement Crime Victims Program provides an array of services intended to help victims through this most difficult time.  
Cooperation with Law Enforcement and the Criminal Justice system not only makes our Reservation a safer place for everyone but can hold criminals responsible and help empower the victim within justice process.  
We realize that this process may be confusing as well as fearful to some individuals unfamilar with this process. The Menominee Crime Victims staff are here to help you through this difficult time by:  
   
*1.) Assistance with information on the Court process in your case.  
*2.) Information on all your rights as a victim.  
*3.) Transportation to and from Court.  
*4.) Assistance with Victims Compensation Forms.  
*5.) Assistance with Victims Impact Statements for Sentencing.  
*6.) Crisis Response 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
*7.) Accompaniment to medical exams, interviews, Court, etc. (per case needs)  
*8.) Crisis Counseling  
*9.) Group sessions as needed  
*10.) Information Referral
